Isomorphic Labs is an Alphabet company started in 2021 out of DeepMind to rebuild drug discovery around AI. It co-developed AlphaFold 3 with Google DeepMind and now trains its own predictive and generative models, combined in the Isomorphic Labs Drug Design Engine (IsoDDE). The engine is used by its in-house drug design teams; nothing is offered for public use.
