The short version
- Browsing the map is free and needs no account.
- You own what you post. We show it, we never sell your data.
- Nobody can pay to rank higher. Rankings come from use.
1. Who we are
Komputer Labs LLC ("we", "us") runs ailandscape.org, a map of AI tools and a community layer for new products. These terms apply to everyone who uses the site, wherever you are. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
2. Your account
You can browse the map without an account. You need one to mark tools, submit products or follow makers. Keep your sign-in safe and tell us if someone else uses it.
You must be at least 16, or the age of digital consent where you live if that is higher.
3. What you post
When you submit a product, write a rating or mark what you use, you keep ownership of it. You give us a licence to show it on the site. Do not post anything that is not yours to share, that misleads people, or that breaks the law.
We can remove content that breaks these terms or the law, and suspend accounts that keep doing so. Reports go to a person, who decides.
4. How rankings work
Rankings come from use, not money. Rankings are never for sale; sponsored slots are always labelled. How we curate has the details.
5. Privacy
We collect what we need to run the site: your account details, and what you mark. We never sell personal data. Tools you connect with Connect AI Landscape only get what you approve on the consent screen.
If you are in the EU, the UK or another region with a data protection law (such as the GDPR, the UK GDPR or the CCPA in California), you have the right to access, correct, export and delete your data, and to object to some processing. The Privacy policy has the full text.
7. Liability and changes
The map links to tools we do not run. We check them, but we cannot promise how they work or what they do with your data.
The site is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law where you live does not let us limit.
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we tell you by email or on the site at least 30 days before it applies.
