What it does

Ampersand is a model from humans& trained to help groups of people reach individual and shared goals over long periods, choosing when to act, when to stay quiet and how to handle disagreements. It was trained with reinforcement learning against simulated users. Ampersand v0.1 is available through the humans& Agents API, which is OpenAI-compatible, with token-based pricing.
