What it does

LangChain is an open-source framework (MIT) for building LLM applications and agents in Python and JavaScript, with a standard interface to many model providers, tools and data sources. The same company makes LangGraph for controllable agent workflows and Deep Agents for long-running autonomous agents, and sells LangSmith for tracing, evaluation and deploying agents.
