What it does

Nanbeige is the open-weights model family from Nanbeige LLM Lab at Kanzhun, the company behind China's BOSS Zhipin job platform. Most of its models are 3B and built for agents: contexts up to 256K tokens, deep search with hundreds of tool calls, coding and reasoning. Nanbeige4.3-33B (October 2026) is a larger teacher model meant to pass its agentic skills on to the next small models. Weights are Apache-2.0 on Hugging Face.
