What it does

Cloudflare's decision models on Workers AI. Clef reads a state and typed questions and returns a probability for each allowed answer instead of text, for routing, classification, scoring and guardrails. It comes as Clef (27B), Clef Flash (9B) and Clef Omni (adds audio and video). Cloudflare post-trains them on Qwen base models, publishes the weights under Apache 2.0 and keeps Jev's request format.
