What it does

Perplexity's decision models, called through its Decisions API (POST /v1/decisions) or run from open Apache-2.0 weights on Hugging Face. You pass content as a state plus typed questions (yes/no, multiple choice, rubric score) and get probabilities back, not prose. It reads text and images. The 27B model is fine-tuned from Qwen3.8-27B, and a 4B Flash model runs on Macs through the Decider for Mac app.
