What it does

Glyph is a pair of open models from Edison Scientific for reading chemistry drawn as images. OCSRGlyph converts ordinary molecule drawings into structures, and MarkushGlyph, built on Qwen3.5-2B, parses the generic Markush structures used in patents. Weights, training and inference code and datasets are released under the Apache 2.0 licence on Hugging Face and GitHub.
