What it does

ether0 is a 24-billion-parameter reasoning model for chemistry, post-trained from Mistral Small 24B with reinforcement learning on about 640,000 chemistry problems across 375 tasks. It reasons in plain language and outputs molecular structures for design and property questions. The weights and dataset are open on Hugging Face under Apache 2.0, and it also powers the Molecules agent on Edison's platform.
